What is the Right Superior Intercostal Vein? What does it drain into?
The 2nd, 3rd and 4th posterior intercostal veins converge to make the Posterior Intercostal Vein. They drain into the azygous vein.

Phrenic nerve and lower six intercostal nerves.
Where is the Greater Splanchnic Nerve? From which ganglia is it derived?
The Greater Splanchnic is a thin nerve that runs close to the spine. It is derived from the T5-T9 thoracic ganglia.
Where does the thoracic duct start and where does it train?
Start: L2
Drain: Junction of Left Subclavian and Left Internal Jugular Vein
