Rectus
A
any muscle that has fibres that run straight vertically (e.g. rectus abdominus, rectus femoris)

A
refers specifically to the humerus or upper arm bone

A
any muscle that shares one tendon, but has two heads (e.g. front of the arm is the “biceps brachii” and one of the hamstring muscles is the “biceps femoris”)

any muscle that shares one tendon, but has three heads (e.g. back of the arm is the “triceps brachii”)
