A

Organ biopsy confirming AL amyloid deposition
Congo red stain
Rectal or fat biopsy made be done if high clinical suspicion (less invasive)

Evidence of deposition in other organs
SAP scan
Echocardiogram/cardiac MRI
Nephrotic range proteinuria
