Timing for live and inactivated vaccines for transplant patients

A

Attempt to give inactivated 2 weeks prior and live 4 weeks prior to transplant.
After transplant and on meds, wait 6 months for inactivated.
Don’t give live unless have to such as local outbreak of mmr
