Air Conditioning & Pressurization Flashcards

1
Q

How is the Boeing 737 pressurized?

A

The Boeing 737 utilizes the air conditioning/pressurization system, known as AC Packs, which combines outside cold air with hot bleed air from the engines, compresses it, and pumps it into the cabin through the AC Packs. Cabin pressure is regulated by outflow valves.
