Knees

A

Flexion at knee and hip and push into end range. With hip and knee in flexion.

Hips

A

Knee and hip in flexion and push hip into body to find end range, twist inwards (one you can do) and twist outwards (one you can’t do). Hold leg and walk outwards with it. Cross legs and push opposite away. Lay on front and hold knee with your hand on their hip and lift up.

Lumbar and thoracic spine

A

Shrug over and hyperextend backwards, tilt to sides, make sure there’s no movement in pelvis.

A

Sit down, drop neck, tilt head back, side to side whilst down and then up.
