Benvolio trys to break them apart especially bc they are in public (prince death threats)

Because he just married Juliet and Tybalt is his famiily now

Because he is mad that the feud caused his death and doesn’t think that anything is his fault

He is saying that he thinks everything is fate and none of the horrible things that just happened are his fault (deaths)

He tried to break up the fight, also tried to say “hold friends, friends part” didn’t actually say the thing but did try to stop the fight

At first she is upset that he might have died than she is upset that he killed Tybalt but then it’s ok bc he’s her husband
