- Rest period decreased to minimum of 10h,
- If maximum duty time exceeds after T/O, continue,
- Before T/O confirm latest airborne time with OCC when extension > 01:30,
- CPT shall submit Commander’s Discretion Report,

Delay Reporting Timing
A
- Phone call maximum 90 minimum 60 minutes before reporting,
- Phone call might be 90 minutes before or after rest period,
- Electronic notification can be sent any time during rest period,

Delay Reporting Rules
A
- Maximum 2 delay messages,
- First notification: > 4h delay means MAX FDP calculated with more limiting time,
- First notification: FDP starts at delayed reporting time,
- Second notification: FDP starts 1h after from second or first one WEE,
- Delay of 10h or more counts as a rest period regardless of call count.
