A

Professional, have a strong work ethic and integrity. Is ready, willing, and able to reflect favorably on the unit and the section. Furthermore, the sponsor must have the skills and motivation necessary to help kick start the newcomers assignment by assisting them with in-processing, showing them around the base and the surrounding area, helping them to get settled in billeting, the dorms or even assisting them with locating a home or apartment.
