Decision gate (increases senior stakeholder involvement, gains agreement from sponsor and board, and ensures project is on track to deliver benefits)
Benefit Review (project sponsor check that the benefits outlined in business case are achieved, actions to support the realisation of benefits)
Audit (independent, stakeholder confidence, quality management alignment)
