ADVANTAGES: IMPROVE CVF, PERFORMED IN VARIES PLACES

ADVANTAGES:EXERCISES CAN BE DESIGNED FOR A SPECIFIC PERFORMANCES; ITS A SWEDISH TERM.

FARTLEK TRAINING:
DEFINITION: A method of training for runners where the terrain amd speed are constantly changing.

ADVANTAGES:INEXPENSIVE
