A

One communication method would be to use verbal communication, this is beneficial as it allows you to analyse the persons body language when speaking to you. However the disadvantage is that if it was through telephone you cannot see their body language.

Another communication method is formal communication, this is good as it shows professionalism, however the disadvantage is that it can be time consuming.

Finally electronic communication is beneficial as it allows for text messages to be sent quickly and easily, however if it was an email it could be ignored or they may have not received the message .
