A

Dismissal of employees ( harder to get a job )

Risk of identity theft where personal confidential info is involved.

Competitors may use this to their advantage.

A

Fraud - the idea if an employee is suspected of fraud (theft embezzlement) their emails or documents may be assessed to identify if this is the case.

Emergency - where employees need to be contacted.
