Q

Emergency Stabilization

A

Ensure adequate oxygenation and ventilation

BHO for all Peds

Atropine may repeat up to 5 times every 3-5 min

Midazolam for amnesia prior to TCP may repeat once

TCP begin at 20mA and 70BPM, use minimum amperage needed to gain capture, increas BPM 10 at a time (max 100) until adequate perfusion achieved

Morphine/Fentanyl for discomfort during TCP with BP>90 may repeat once
