Emergency Stabilization
A
NS bolus
Vasalva Maneuver for symptomatic SVT w/ pulses
Adenosine rapid IV push followed by 20cc NS rapid flush for symptomatic SVT, repetition is BHO
Midazolam for amnesic effects prior to sync cardioversion, may repeat once
Synchronized Cardioversion for SVT and V-Tach w pulses, repeat as indicated
