Angina or MI Pericarditis PE Pneumothorax Costochindritis Aortic aneurysm or dissection GERD Hiatal Hernia Trauma

Emergency Stabilization
A
Aspirin PO
NTG spray or tablet with BP>90 may repeat twice at 3-5 min intervals
NTG paste with BP>90, remove and wipe away if BP falls
Morphine/Fentanyl for pain unresponsive to NTG while BP>90, may repeat once
