2 unprovoked seizures in less than 24 hours apart
what are the clinical signs of epileptic seizure
running, lateralization, breathing change
focal -> general: one part of brain start, rest follows
focal -> incomplete general: stop before full generalization
focal-> secondary general: try to stop but continue
what are the main phases of epileptic seizure
1 preictal: 1-24h, nervous, seek owner
2 ictus: 10sec-1h, convulsion, run, dig, hallucinate, vegetative->poo,pee, salivate
3 post ictal: > 2 hours, Todds paralysis, weak paresis, ataxia, circling, blind, deaf, bark

episodic weakness, exercise induced, improve with rest
