What is cell differentiation? Where are they present?
A
The process by which unspecialised cells (stem cells), become specialised cells. Stem cells are present in the embryo and some adult tissues of animals, and in meristem tissue in plants.

A
The cells begin to differentiate to form specialised cells, tissues, and organs about 5 days after fertilisation.
