factor hereditario: AD variable
osteogenesis imperfecta
hormonal: empeora en el embarazo

de transmision: rinne -, webber lateralizado al lado afecto, v aerea umbral disminuido en audiometria–> hipoacusia neurosensorial (compresion del OI)
