A

elbow dislocation

radial head subluxation
- arm is jerked upwards with forearm pronated
- annular ligament can tear loose from attachment on radial neck, radius dislocates
- annular ligament can become entrapped between radius + humerus
- supination + elbow flexion returns radius to normal position
