◦ Responsible to the SEWC for all military/administrative matters.
◦ Ensures all watch standers are properly trained.
◦ Maintains up-to-date qualifications lists.
◦ Promulgates military watch lists and watch instructions and maintains watch routines and turnover files.
◦ Conducts periodic inspections of watch standers.
c. Command Duty Officer (CDO)
◦ Acts on behalf of the Commanding Officer in his absence.
