Job Enrichment- An attempt to give employees a greater responsibility and give them more recognition for their work
Job Enlargement- Giving employees more work to do of a similar nature, for example giving an employee who is responsible for putting wheels on bikes another responsibility of maki g the frame
Job Rotation- Where the business will change the employees job or tasks from time to time to prevent boredom
Job Enrichment- Advantages + Disadvantages
Advantages- -Employees can learn new skills -Can reduce boredom Disadvantages- - Lack of training for new responsibilities - Can cause conflict between co-workers

Advantages-
-Can increase workers satisfaction when completing work
-Gives workers a variety of responsibilities to decrease boredom
Disadvantages-
-Can be costly as workers may need training
-Productivity can decrease at the start of the program

Advantages-
-Encourages workers development of skills
-Helps the managers identify where an employee works the best
Disadvantages-
-Could end up with unhappy and unsettled employees
-Can be costly and time consuming to change people’s jobs
