Treatment of kawasaki?
Referral/admission
IVIG 2g/kg
Aspirin 5mg/kg
ECHO in acute phase
Follow up for kawasaki?
- 12 month ECHO
- delay live immunisations for 9 months
Henoch-Schonlein pupura typical features
Small vessel vasculitis -rash non-blanching Tendons around ankles Joint swelling Abdo pain Scrotal swelling
Henoch-Schonlein pupura affects where in joint?
Serosa
