Chondrosarcoma
What is this an image of and what it is indicative of?

RBCs have stacked together in long chains. This is known as Rouleaux’s sign. It occurs when there are increased serum proteins. Particularily fibrinogen and globulins. These long chains of RBCs tend to sediment more easily.
Fill these in.
