Proximally
What are the five muscles in the superficial group?
Pronator teres, flexor carpi radialis, palmaris longus, flexor carpi ulnaris (Pass, Fail, Pass, Fail)

What are the three muscles of the deep group?
flexor digitorum profundus, flexor pollicis longus, pronator quadratus

Superficial to the flexor retinaculum through the ulnar canal or canal of Guyon (a groove b/t pisiform and hook of hamate)
