Go to the second last flat of the key signature. That note is the name of the Major Key.

Go to the last sharp of the Key Signature and go up one diatonic semi-tone. That note is the name of the Major Key.
What are the guidelines for writing Major scales using a Key Signature?
A. They can be written with or without a centre bar line.
B. Notes begin after the Key Signature.
C. When written with a centre bar line, the bar line is after the highest note.
