Dosage: Steep in boiling water, then cool.
Administration: Douche.
Calendula for vulvovaginal inflammation.
Dosage: 1 t per quart of water or 1-2 T per quart of water.
Administration: Douche ever 5-7 days or BID for 2 days. Stronger dosage douche 1-2 times/week.
White Vinegar for VVC or BV.
Dosage: 1 application to labia or in vagina.
Administration: Hourly as needed.
Yogurt for VVC.

Acidophilus culture for VVC.
Dosage: 1 t in 3 cups warm water. Strain and cool.
Administration: Douche.
Goldenseal for BV but NOT safe in pregnancy.
Dosage: 40 million - 1 billion units (1 tab) daily.
Administration: Orally.
Acidophilus tablet for VVC.
Dosage: Few drops in water, 0.25-2%.
Administration: Douche or local application.
Gentian violet for VVC.
Dosage: Soaked tampon or 1 suppository.
Administration: Douche or 1 suppository daily.
Tea tree oil for vulvovaginal inflammation.
Dosage: 500 mg 2-4 times daily.
Administration: Orally.
Vitamin C for VVC.
