If a member uses any form of the Department’s name or brand (including LAFD, LACityFire, etc.) in their personal username, website name, or other online identification, that could reasonably be connected to or interpreted to represent the Department, the member must place a clearly visible disclaimer at the top of every (EVERY) page.

The disclaimer must state that the page/site is held by a private individual or group and does not represent the opinions and/or positions of the Department.
