ASW
Anti submarine warfare- branch of naval warfare that uses surface warships, aircraft, or other submarines to find, track and deter, damage or destroy enemy submarines
ASUW
anti-surface warfare- directed against surface ships using weapons, sensors, or operations intended to attack or limit the effectiveness of an adversary’s surface ships
IW
Information Warfare- use management of information in pursuit of a competitive advantage over an opponents
AW
