• Product : something that satisfies the needs and wants ot a customer
• price : the valued customer is prepared to pay
• promotion : the ways a business can communicate with its customers
• Place : the method the goods or services are transferred from the producer to consumer

Deciding what the marketing objectives are and how to achieve them
What are the types of marketing objectives?
• To increase sales
• raise awareness : may be potential installers unaware of the product
•Target specific groups :nem promotion at sub- groups
• steal market share : beat the competition by taking their customers
• develops image of company : raise brand awareness
