A

Erasmus wrote how Christians should interpret God’s word

Henry and Cath=Humanists - H was dismissive of superstition (pilgrimages) like Humanists were

Erasmus=Made Greek+Latin New Testaments - critical of some practises but a devout catholic and papalist

More=Lord Chancellor 1529-32, Lawyer, Humanist and fervent Catholic

Colet=Dean of St Paul’s Cathedral, friend of Erasmus - like Erasmus critical but devout
