Find inner resource / inner peace; place where you can go to, to remain calm.

Can do top to bottom: forehead, eyes, tongue, chin, neck, etc.
Can do bottom to top: toes, ankles, calves, knees, thighs, etc.

A
I’m angry, hungry, tired, etc.
It’s okay to feel this way - relax.
