A
  • Management- manager or executive and other managers/supervisors who report directly to them.
  • Production- Repeatedly produces a tangible product as in manufacturing.

Service - Conducts repeated, direct transactions with customers.

  • Project- Multi-function group of specialists doing a one-time, limited duration task with unique output, like a product design, prototype, or start-up.
  • Action- Experts with different specialties who cooperate in time-sensitive performance events involving adversaries, audiences, or adverse conditions, as in sports. oil-well firefighting, or musical concerts.
  • Advisory- Assembled to give advice or solve a problem defined by a manager, as in employee selection committee.
