Engagement aspects
Job satisfaction, involvement, intrinsic motivation, and arousal. Varies from time to time, in meta-analyses, correlated with performance and organizational citizenship behavior, and inversely with burnout.

A nurse is so personally invested in her profession that she volunteers after retiring.
