Si Jun Zi Tang has Fu Ling.
Li Zhong Wan has Gang Jiang.
Si Jun Zi is dampness from Qi Def, but more dampness will be present in a Li Zhong Wan case from the qi and yang deficiency.
BUT - fu ling would be TOO draining (removing the blockage won’t help as much as warming the middle) and thus too damaging to use. So warming and lifting up is what is needed to treat the dampness.

all of these herbs are warming - there are no cooling herbs - Normally w yang def, should be seeing cold and sinking Sx but in this case the yang is not totally weak and is rebelling a little by moving up. Unusual condition - the major yang is collapsing and some of the minor yang is rebelling. This condition is not as strong as a real yang separation.
