Even thought there is SP Qi def, and probably damp as a result - can’t leech out bc there is already damp. Only astringing herb is Jing Jie - using very tiny amount bc too much would further inhibit the SPs ability to lift. Stabilize and Bind herbs BLOCK the qi mechanism - so if there is QI def, need to use S&B very sparingly.
