Q

Green apple and lime zest mix with Moroccan preserved lemons on the zesty nose; the mouth is clean, crisp and refreshing, with a bit more juice and body, but finishes with a sensation of citrus zest and a sea salt kiss. There is nothing that this food-flexible wine can’t play well with—bring on the oysters or break out the backyard barbecue.

bone dry (very high ph)

light bodied wine

soft tropical fruit aromas (banana, pineapple, lychee, coconut)
