Three Naked Ladies
A
ingredients 1/4 oz. Absinthe 1/2 oz. St. Germain 1 squeeze of large lemon wedge (be sure to not have seeds)
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients (including lemon wedge) in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and strain into a chilled champagne flute.
Top with Champagne (slowly) and lemon twist

Luxembourg Manhattan

Ingredients 2oz Bulleit Bourbon 1/2 oz. Antica Formula Vermouth 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters maraschino cherry garnish
Preparation
- Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker ith ice and pour into MARTINI GLASS
- Garnish with one cherry at bottom of glass

ingredients 1 3/4 oz Maker's Mark bourbon 1oz Lillet Rouge 1/4 oz housemade grenadine 1.4 oz simple syrup 1/4 oz lemon (SHAKE container before pouring)
Preparation
- Shake and serve UP
- Garnish with cherry

2 oz. Pimm’s No. 1
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Stir into TALL COLLINS glass, top with GINGER ALE and splash of SODA WATER.
Garnish with orange slice and 2 cherries on a sword
