Sour Cherry Margarita

1 1/2 oz Patron Silver tequila
3/4 oz lime
1 1/2 oz Sour Cherry Mix - pre-made splash grapefruit juice
Preparation:
- Shake with 3 CHERRIES and ice
- Server over ice in a WATER GLASS
- Garnish with lime twist
MIX in an Aqua Panna Bottle 9oz Luxardo Maraschino 9oz Roi Renee Rouge 9oz Triple Sec 4 1/2 oz Grenadine

Ingredients
2 1/2 oz Apple Jack Brandy
1/2oz lime juice
1/4 oz grenadine
preparation:
- Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and pour into MARTINI GLASS
- Garnish with ONE CHERRY at bottom of glass

Ingredients 2oz Herradura Anjeo 1/2oz grapefruit 1 oz carenne simple syrup 3/4 oz lime
preparation:
- Shake all ingredients and pour over ice into RED SEA SALTED RIM WATER GLASS
- Garnish with LIME WHEEL

Rhubarb Collins

Ingredients 1 1/2 oz Hendrick's Gin 1/2 oz lemon juice 1/2 oz lime juice 1 1/4 oz Rhubarb-Chardonnay syrup 2 dashes of rhubarb bitters
Preparation:
- Shake all ingredients in shaker ice and pour over ice into COLLINS GLASS
- Top with SODA WATER
- Garnish with 1 THYME SPRIG sticking out of the ice

Mosco Mule

Ingredients: 2 oz Tito's Vodka 1/2 lime juice Top with Ginger Beer You can change it up and create a MILAN MULE by substituting the vodka with RAMAZZOTTI/AMARO
Preparation:
- Pour over ice into COLLINS GLASS
- Top with Ginger Beer
- Garnish with 1 LIME WEDGE

Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Beefeater Gin 1/2 oz Aperol 1 oz lime juice 4 slices of cucumber 1/2 oz simple syrup
Preparation:
- Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain over fresh ice in COLLINS GLASS
- Top with tonic water
- Garnish with CUCUMBER WHEEL
