Frequent shutdowns
For frequent shutdowns, the recommended remediation is to update, rollback, or reinstall the driver:

Update or roll back drivers.
Repair your Windows installation:
Example: Boot to Windows 10 Installation Media > Repair your computer > Troubleshoot > System Restore.
Roll back updates:
Example: Boot to Windows 10 Installation Media > Repair your computer > Troubleshoot > Uninstall
Sluggish performance
If your system just isn’t performing as expected:
Verify requirements.
Add resources.
Reboot.
Boot problems
If you have problems booting your system, use or check the:
System File Checker.
System Configuration (msconfig).
Advanced Startup Options > Startup Repair.
Services not starting
If services aren’t working correctly, you should:
Check your configurationn.
Restart them.
Example: Print Spooler via services.msc.
Applications crashing
If your applications are hanging or crashing, you should:
Uninstall, reinstall, or update them.
Example: Settings > Apps > Apps and features.
Example: Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features.
Low memory warnings
If you receive low-memory warnings, you must add resources to mitigate the issue.
USB controller resource warnings
If you receive warnings about your universal serial bus (USB) controller resources, you should:
Reinstall your USB controllers.
