What is an adverse dug reaction?
Unwanted or harmful reaction which occurs after a drug(s) are administered and the reaction is suspected or known to be due to the drug(s).

What is safeguarding?
Protecting a citizens health, wellbeing and human rights; enabling them to live free from harm, abuse and neglect.
What do you do if you suspect child neglect/abuse?
Work with other organisations and social services

What to do if you suspect neglect/ abuse of a vulnerable adult?
