- 1) Regulating health practitioners in partnership with the National boards
- 2) Provides protected titles for health practitioners – that is, only those with appropriate qualifications can apply for registration and only those that are registered can call themselves by the professional title
- AHPRA federates all of these things - Australian wide registration
- Once you are qualified, can practice anywhere is Australia
