What is handling of records?
Maintain, store and dispose of any records, including electronic files and communications
created during your coaching engagements in a manner that promotes:

v Complies with any applicable laws, regulations and agreements.
What conditions should the coach have an agreement on which confidentiality may not be maintained?
i.e. illegal activity, pursuant to valid court order or subpoena, imminent or likely risk of danger
