- Increased CK, cholesterol, triglycerides
- Decreased thyroxine
- Blurred vision
- *Abnormal bleeding

Nursing Responsibilities
A
- Assess diet for deficiency
- Do not take over RDA
- *Monitor PT if prolonged use
- Report known or suspected pregnancy
