Drug Interactions
A
- Antagonized by folic acid inhibitors such as methotrexate
- Increases metabolism of dilantin which can increase seizures

Adverse Effects
A
- Warm or flushing w/ IV dose
- Irritability
- Depression
- Rash
- Itching
- Nausea
- Shortness of breath
