1130 What is sections for and how can I make conditional questions?
The section is a group of questions in Visit Report.
Using sections, you can create a conditional question that displays the following questions depending on the answer to the previous questions.
How to create:
- Admin Console >Visit report > Formats
- If you want to make a new visit report format, please click “NEW VISIT REPORT FORMAT” and fill the information.If you want to fix the section or add the section to exited report or new report , you can click the name of report.
- Create sections
- Create the question in the Section
if you creat the Questiontype as “Single Choice” or “Multiple Choice”, set each choice of the question to move to another section or do nothing if answered at the optional.
1154 What questions can be asked in Company Report?
In Company Report of merchandising report, questions below can be asked. Questions can be disabled.
On Shelf Availability
Answer is yes or no
When answer no, other question can be skipped even if field set required
Stock
Answer is number.
When answer 0, other question can be skipped even if field set required
Alerts are available for low stock and out of stock
Expiry Date
Answer is date and SENRI will calculate date to expire automatically
Alert is available for day to expiring
Share of Shelf
Answer is either direct input or calculation which Manager can choose
When direct input, FS input percentages of share of shelves and it’s often virtual estimation.
When calculation, FS input either width or length, or both.
Alert is available for low share
Retail Price
Answer is number.
Alerts are available for low price and high price
Purchase price
Answer is number
Sales quantity
Answer is number
Source of Purchase
Answer is text
Note
Answer is text
Photo
FS submit multiple live photos with selection of question attached with timestamps.
Timestamp helps manager to compare before and after.
All questionnaires text and alert except for photos and Note are customisable.
1155 How can we use competitor report in Merchandising?
To use competitor report,
1) Competitor item master list need to be registered first.
2) Then set the list per customer with items to be reported.
3) In each list, following questions can be enabled and required per items.
On Shelf Availability: Answer is yes or no
Purchase Price: Answer is number.
Stock: Answer is number.
Share of Shelf: Answer is either direct input or calculation. *details can be found in company report article.
Retail price: Answer is number.
Sales: Answer is number.
Source of Purchase: Free text
Competitors Activities: Free text
Note: Free text
*No alerts functions in competitor report unlike company reports
*All questionnaires text except for Note and photos are customisable.
4) When FS find new competitor items while writing reports, they can add them in the report, which manager can decide to register or not to the competitor item master list.
1161 How many format, question and multiple/single choice for visit report can we register?
No limit for making visit report formats and multiple/single choice in visit report questions.
Number of questions in each format need to be selected among 7, 20 or 40 in the settings.
Options for single and multiple questions can be made up to 30.

If customer is not assigned to any company litem list, all SKUs in all lists will be shown in company report.
If customer is not assigned to any competitor litem list, all items in Competitor Item Master list will be show in competitor report.
1178 How does item list for company report in merchandising work?
How to set items
Company item list has list of either category, product and SKU (herein call as items) which you want to list.
Each item can have different criteria for alert functions like low stock. Import and export functions are available.
Required field
You can also make each item required, but you cannot set different required settings in the same items in the different questions.
One item has one required settings so if you make product A required, it will be required for all active questions i.e. stock, SOS, retail price etc…
Levels of item for each type of questions
In merchandising questionnaires settings, you can decide if FS answer each type of question like stock, retail price with levels of item including category, product, SKU.
1188 Can SENRI be used to track expiries?
SENRI do not track expiry date of product sold automatically.
You can use expiry date of merchandising report and input expiry date so that SENRI will raise expiry alert automatically depending on your settings.
1207 We usually run discount when the remaining date to expiry date reach 30 days. How can we track those discount?
Use expiry date functions and its alert in merchandising report.
You can customize date for alert then SENRI will alert to field staff and manager when expiry date is closing to 30 days. Field staff can also submit photo if they have done change of price or any other discount.
1208 I’d like to compare shelf presentation of when field staff just arrived and after field staff finish work by photos.
Use photo functions and its time stamps.
Field staff can attach photos to merchandising report and manager can see time stamps with photo and compare before and after.
