1035 Why does not SENRI have iOS version?
- Majority of users in Asia and Africa still use Android OS.- From perspectives of development, making iOS version is not something like copy and paste of source code. We need millions$ to invest for creating from scratch.
1068 What is difference between customer types and tiers?
Both are group of customers but tier can use for price scheme or visit report assignment, and analytics of activity report/sales trends.
1102 Why isn’t SENRI on play store?
If SENRI is on play store, it requires assessment and examination every time new version of SENRI is released.As a result, it is difficult for us to do urgent release when there are technical bugs.On the other hand, there are a few benefits to be open at play store for service like SENRI i.e. the app distributed to only contracted users.
1103 What would you explain as risks for customers who wants to introduce GPS tracking function only?
We don’t recommend customers to use tracking function only because - Strong resistance from fields staff expected - Often the case, vehicle tracking system can give the similar function with cheaper price We recommend customers to use at least visit report. Often the case, it gives better information of number of visit and customer details.
1104 What is the limitation of GPS tracking to be shared to the customer who has strong motivation to track GPS?
a) There are several ways that FS avoid being tracked: turning off SENRI / turning off mobile
b) Strong registance from FS
c) GPS quality not necessarily perfect withlow quality smartphone and may show wrong location information (typically Nigeria and Tanzania)
d) No real time tracking: we track every 10-60secondsbut data shared every 30 min
**note: important to share those limitation so that we can have better expectation control in advance
1105 What are the cons of GeoFencing that should be shared to prospective customers?
- In case GPS quality is low, cannot record at the time of sales (or need to wait till internet connection)- Often the case, FS wants to record order by receiving a phone call from customers
1106 For customers interested in introducing Schedule function, what SENRI team needs to know?
We need to know the following to recommend how to use the function
a) If they have pre-set route of the day (e.g., case of FMCG) or not and if it is repetitive or not
b) Process of setting schedules (e.g., FS to set weekly and mgrs to approve weekly)
c) How to review (check the % of coverage of the plan, etc.)
1107 What kind of value can the customer expect from schedule function?
a) In addition to the visit, mgrs wants to check the quality - i.e., to review plan vs actual. Often the case, some FS are visiting customers nearby frequently and not having constant visit to all customers or making random visits
b) Managers wants to direct FS to visit specific customers and view the result easily
c) For some customers especially with distance travels, they want to calculate transportation cost in advance
1108 What kind of application (usage) do we expect for Web transaction page?
a) Share order processing status to FS in real time- approved or not, if there’s any changes in q’ty
b) Process orders within the warehouse - to check order and give it to warehouse (often the case with printed document) for delivery
** Payment status / Credit balance to be reviewed in payment management page
** Checking orders / reviewing orders - not sure if that gives any vaules
1109 What are the challenges of using Sub Inventory and what would you recommend for customers who want to introduce SI?
a) Possible errors and its modifications - both FS / managers make mistakes. Need to check those errors to get a right balance. If it’s notbalanced, it takes time to detect errors
b) Managers needs to input data in a proper timing before FS start to sell
c) FS needs to receive data before they sell. But if there are issues in internet connectivity, they fail to receive data
1110 What kind of application do we expect for “news” function?
To share the notifications to all FS. Typically, managers want to send promotional information / price change / new products released.
1133 What is benefits for using primary/secondary customer?
- To maintain relationship between parent customer and child customers, for example, distributor and retailer, hospital and doctor- To let Field Staff view secondary customer under primary customer in list view- To view secondary customer sales reflected to primary customer sales
1134 Can SENRI be customised for each customers?
- You need to explain SENRI has many settings for each functions so that it can fit to client’s operation.When you hear the word of “customisation”, you may remind of something requiring development. However from the eyes of manager, need of development does not matter for them and what they want is if SENRI can fit with their operation and change in tier name or additional questions of customer may be customisation from its perspective.2. We have engineer team in Japan and basically open for development. When it’s critical, we usually develop in 3-4months after we have got request.
1136 Why do change location and edit order time require approval?
Change location
It’s because all visit will be onsite if field staff can change location as they like
Edit order time
Many inconveniences can occur, for example,monthly target achievement can be faked if field staff change month of sales
1213 Can visit record be deleted?
Visit record is deleted when visit report is deleted.
*Currently visit record cannot be deleted when no visit report is made when visited.
