No impact on Price. Can be added or deleted in Account Maintenance and Claim Edit WQs
What is the Percentage Change Modifier Method?
Applies a fixed percentage change to the price only if no price contract is in use.
What is the Fee Schedule Modifier Method
This is the default modifier method if you do not define one. Can only be used when the modifier is associated with a procedure in the fee schedule.
