What are user security templates?
a special type of user record that can serve as a model for other user records.
What is the difference between creating a template record and creating an individual user?
Creating a template is almost the same as creating an individual user except it doesn’t include employee demographics assigned to a single user.
What are the two types of templates?
Copy templates and Linkable templates.
What is a copy template?
Used for one time copy and any changes made to the template in the future won’t update users.
What is a linkable template?
User is always linked to values in template so when any changes are made to the template, it updates all users with that template
