WBC: under 3

Stop and monitor daily
Until wbc returns to normal
Clozapine Yellow
WBC: 3-3.5
ANC: 1.5-2
Dispense and monitor twice a week
Clozapine Green
WBC: over 3.5
ANC:over 2
Litium Therapeutic
Therapeutic Range is 0.6 – 1.0 mEq/L
Lithium level – older adult 0.4-0.6
Litium Toxicity
Lithium toxicity 1.2-1.5 mmol/L +
Valproic Acid/Divalproex Therapeutic level
Therapeutic level: 50-100 mmol/ml (350-800 umol/L)
Valproic Acid/Divalproex Toxic leve
Toxic level: 150 mmol/ml +
A1C
measures the amount of hemoglobin with attached glucose and reflects your average blood glucose levels over the past 3 months.
The A1C test result is reported as a percentage. The higher the percentage, the higher your blood glucose levels have been.
A normal A1C level is below 5.7 percent.
7-8 needs close monitoring
over 9 is concerning
CPK
Creatine phosphokinase
- Associated with muscles
- When a muscle is damaged, CPK leaks into the bloodstream (elevating the level)
- Elevated levels in NMS.
